Is it possible for a non-resident Indian to crack the JEE exam when he/she is completing 11th and 12th abroad through the IB curriculum (International Bacceulerate)? What all should be done to make this possible? What books are required, and can the student manage without coaching classes?

First check that your board is supported by jee or not. Without coaching its not too easy. But books can help you a lot. I will give you names of some books. Buy as soon as possible. Physics-ncert class 11th and 12th,arihant d.c.pandey every part,h.c.verma part 1&2 irodov numerical problems in physics(solve selective questions) maths-r.d.sharma class 11th and 12th,ncert class 11th and 12th algebra arihant by s.k.goyal plane trigonometry part-1 by s.l.loney elements of co-ordinate geometry by s.l.loney differential calculus and integral calculus both by arihant publications. Author-amit m aggrawal chemistry-physical chemistry by cengage learning india part 1&2 organic chemistry by morrison and boyd,bhattacharya inorganic chemistry by j.d.jee and surindra guha ncert chemistry class 11th and 12th. These books are very easily available in india in most of the bookstores. Good luck!!!!
