Is haliday resnick walker good for iit as compared to h.c.verma. Which is better between both.

Both books are equally good as both are excellent for theory. Basic difference is their approach to make you understand the topics. While H C Verma uses simple examples to make concepts clear whereas Halliday resnick does same but their examples are more complex. I would strongly suggest you to go through H C Verma first and try to solve all the problems in it. Then go for Resnick halliday for more clarity. But before these two, NCERT physics , class XI and XII are to be read first.

both books are good but i think you must go through H.C. Verma because the concept and questions given in this book are comparatively much better than Haliday Resnick.

It`s a must to solve HC Verma but Halliday Resnick has excellent explanations of all chapters.
