Is BITSAT tougher than JEE mains? Also, What is suggested for a good preparation of English for BITSAT?

BITSAT is not tougher than JEE although slightly different preparation is required.

For english you can use the books that you have already read in school curriculum and practice smem questions from various books in market like BITSAT manual
