i socred 73% in PCM. so, i am not eligible for IITs. should i written my 12 exams again , or which place does i belong better ? I will crack any exam if i am eligible

You can persue honors couses and also other engineering colleges. If you feel this too unsatisfactory than you can give exams again and prepare hard for IIT. Best of luck.
