if your state board is a good enough board and you are a great student , then it would be good for future , as you can’t survive in any field without basics .

coming to the degrees in the space sciences …
there are several ones,
like

Btech Mtech PhD in
Aerospace,
Avionics
and Physical Sciences

after b tech , youcan go for following masters course as well

M.S. in Astronomy & Astrophysics
M.S. in Earth System Science
MTech in Machine learning and computing,
M.S. in Solid State Physics
or MTech in Optical Engineering

be sure that you do any of such degrees from renown and famous colleges , as there is not that much scope in this field in indiaa , althoug these fields are great for higher studies and research , but don’t expect a good package job from them .
