i am getting metallurgy at iit bhu and electronics at bits pilani which one is better option???

Electronics is a common branch whereas metallurgy is kind of unkown. Institute wise IIT would be beter,since you can almost develop an skill in college(coding or anything)
But if you are interested in electronics go for BITS. Do a research yourself to be sure
