i answered your 1st query in other tag , kindly check it out , here i am answering the 2nd query 
1- frst of all you need to check that your per day diet must contain all the nutrients , like carbohydrate , vitamins , and all . 
2- and include milk and almonds in the morning if possible , they are good concentration booster 
3- if possible eat 1 chocolates per day ( not simple , it should contain folic acid ) 
4- donot include oily and fast food in your diet , they will make your brain dumb . 
5- if possible take fruit and carrots , they are good for health .
