How many marks i should get in NEST out of 200 to get niser? and does they provide integrated MSc in microbiology?

Basically NISER set a cut off mark for the NEST examination for appearing candidates.You need to get 700+ rank to get the Admission in national institute of science education and research.
They are providing integrated M.Sc in basic sciences.

My rank in JEE Advanced 2022 is 1871. Should I go for IIT Guwahati ECE or IIT Kanpur Mechanical and try for a branch change to CS or Electrical Engineering? Is changing your branch very difficult?
