Hi!I wanted to know if upgrading your branch in BITS-Pilani is tough after the first year. I might get 4 year degree in EEE at BITS-Pilani but my preferred choice is the CS branch at BITS-Pilani. In general, around what should be one’s CGPA to upgrade to the CS branch at Pilani campus?ThanksVatsal Shah

It is tough but not impossible , you have to do dedicated studies for one more year, it is generally above 9.3.

My rank in JEE Advanced 2022 is 1871. Should I go for IIT Guwahati ECE or IIT Kanpur Mechanical and try for a branch change to CS or Electrical Engineering? Is changing your branch very difficult?
