For
a fresh engineering graduate, the salary could start from Rs 350,000-
400,000 per annum. It could go well up to Rs 600,000 per annum for
graduates from engineering institutes like IITs. In PSUs, they are offered pay packages as per the government guidelines.
Whereas in private sectors can earn more income in terms of salaries
and other allowances. In government sector the initial salary of a
fresher begins from Rs. 5000 - Rs. 8000 every month. Engineers working
in private sectors can get their initial income around Rs. 10000 to Rs.
15000 every month.
