Hello sir yesterday I have given 10 th CBSE board exam. I bubbled my hall ticket number properly but while writing hall ticket number on top column I made scratch.. Is it OK? How they put marks with bubbled hall ticket number or number in digits or number in words?

no issue , if u bubbled it well , then your answersheet will going to count with your proper roll no . , 
so, they will consider bubbling first , if that will be wrong then writting will be considered . 
so, do best innext exam and make sure not to repeat the mistake .
