=> (-p)^2 -4(p+3)(1) > 0 
> p^2 -4p -12 >0 
(p-6)(p+2)>0 
p>6 or p>-2 
p>6 is the ans

use D greater than 0
 – b/2a less than 0
 
f(0) less than 0
