Does taking a drop for a year affect my placements in the future ? I have heard rumours that companies do not give priority to students who drop ?

No, it doesnt matter.. If you have good grades, nothing else will matter.. Just keep in mind, you have to get good grades..

I attended an educational seminar today evening , everyone there says that taking a drop will affect my placements … so , who is trying to fool me then ? … I am confused … -_-
