does a 4 year gap between 10th & 12th restricts me from getting admission to the iit``s. 10th pass in 2014And 12th 2017.?

no , you can still attempt jee advanced in 2017 , 
and also mains in 2018 . 
so, kindly proceed on with your preparation for jee mains and advanced .
