Does a 20 KW generator makes 20 KW per hour or per Min?
I am making a experiment and its very important for me to know

20 kw is a POWER rating, not an energy rating. The generator makes 20kilojoules of energy every second. 
Watts, or joules per second is the rate at which energy is made (or used by an appliance) 
If you draw 20kw for 3 hours you have 60 kwh of energy used. 
If you generate 20kw for 3 hours you have made 60 kwh of energy. 
If you used up 20kwh it means you have drawn 20kilojoules energy every second, or 20kw power for a whole hour 
When we get an electricity bill it is really an energy bill, shown in kwh. We call it a power bill but this is incorrect. It shows how much energy we have used, usually over 3 months, not how much power we used/
