Can I write IIT JEE after completing +2 through NIOS (National Institute of open Schooling) ? If yes, will there be any special criteria for that ?

yes surely you can write the only criteria is that younshould be in top 20% of ur board and selected for jee main.u will have only two attempt.one current passing yr and another currently after that yr for jee advance writing.

My rank in JEE Advanced 2022 is 1871. Should I go for IIT Guwahati ECE or IIT Kanpur Mechanical and try for a branch change to CS or Electrical Engineering? Is changing your branch very difficult?
