can i get into iisc as i havenot opted for maths instead i have opted pcb subjects along with comp.sci

yes , but through kvpy channel only , as u donot have maths , u cannot enter through jee advanced channel . 
so, try to get qualify in kvpy , and u can enter iisc , by that way
