ARE COLLEGES UNDER EML REPUTED.Eg is college of mohali IISERgood. getting 60 marks in iit can help to get this college

Colleges under EML are good reputed colleges... IISER is a very reputed college, but the only point here is.. that achieving only 60 marks may not suffice to get into EML.
