It depends on your interest whether u r preferring for a field job (civil/mechanical/Electrical/aero/agri/mining)
or a desk job (electronics/electrical./comp. science)
It also happens whr u can get ny job irrespective of u r major dept. like in finance/software etc.
genrally preference is
Electronics>comp. science >electrical>maths>mech >civil > meta > marine > mining/aero/agri/petroleum .. etc
