Dear Kiran;

No, this is not possible to clear a IITJEE exam on the basis of inorganic chemistry. You can not clear a exam based on only one part of a subject. This is a all India test and very tough also. so you may left only 1 or 2 subject but not possible if you are covering organic and physical chemistry.
