which book would you suggest for number theory

Dear pritam

you can refer number theory by S. Coutinho. 

or you can refer Higher algebra by Hall & Knight for number theory.

S coutinho is not specially for IIT JEE  .so you can refer Hall and Knight  ,number theory is well explained in this book
