My Daughter is sttudying in 7th bstd ICSE Mumbai, She is good in her academics, need your guidance to help us to know which course she has to selecet and how can she approach towards her subjects, so that she can prepare for IIT exams whenever she is elgible .

It depends on your daughter.If she is good in academics,she must like studies.First never let your daughter feel studies as work.When someone starts loving his/her studies,that person will bes successful.Ask her about her favourite subjects.If they are Science and maths then you can opt for Medical/enginnering.It should be dependent on her.If she likes biology more than maths let her opt for medical.Talk about the approach,tell her to solve class 8th maths from now if she has finished her class 7th syllabus.You can''t dream of IIT from class 7th.Its foolish.When she enters class 8th,tell her to understand evry concept,never memorize or just mug up.Its best if after class 8th she takes 4 year classroom programme in coaching like FIITJEE,Vidyamandir,etc..You can also try opting for AskIITians online coaching.Let her concentrate her till class 8th half-term in her school studies.After that starts the real game for IIT.If you are not satisfied with my answer,ask an IITian on this forum.They will surely help.
