how the water is in ground water? is in the pure form or mingled with soil? if it's in pure form,why land is not sinking in that water?

Because it is deep in with the soil. It is mingled with soil.
Its mixed and it also depends upon the geographical location and the state of soil over here.

Are core branches(Mechanical) in Top 3 NIT worth it ?
