Draw the figure .The question will become absolutely easy. So draw the figure along with coordinate axis and you will get the answer

Since Origin O is the centre,
Find angle formed by QOR. It is 90 degrees.
A property states that angle formed at centre (say, O) by two points (say, Q and R) is twice of angle formed at the point P.
Angle QPR, thus, is 45 degrees.
