i am actually interested in electrical,but i could get it only in IIT hyderabad.I get civil in top IITs.For getting into IIMs BTech background is also important.So plese tell me whether i should choose IIT hyderabad or take civil in top IITS

for iim u dont need necessarily a good iit ,it is d percentage u score in iit wat matters ..  it is better u choose iit hyd electrical..

if u r much into having a big infra campus den choose any old iit.. but electrical is good and even iith will be fully established by d time u come out..
