MgCO3+2HCL---->MgCl2+HOH+CO2

MgCO₃   + 2HCL = MgCl₂+HOH+CO₂

First equation: MgCO3+HCL--> MgCl2 +HOH+CO2
HOH can be simplified to H2O as thats what you meant, I''m sure
MgCO3+HCL--> MgCl2 + H2O+ CO2
Now look at the amount of Cl on the left side to the right side - we need 2 of them. If you look closer, we also need 2 Hydrogens.
Put a 2 in front of the HCl and sorted.

Final equation:

MgCO3+ 2HCL--> MgCl2 + H2O + CO2
