sir, my sister got 139 marks in jee mains 2013.she belong to ap board and her intermediate percentage is 91.4%.we belong to obc category then can she have any chance of getting seat in ece or mechanical engineering or eee in any top nits? if not then please tell branch and college that she can get seat!

My rank in JEE Advanced 2022 is 1871. Should I go for IIT Guwahati ECE or IIT Kanpur Mechanical and try for a branch change to CS or Electrical Engineering? Is changing your branch very difficult?
