i got 88% in my 12th Rajsthan board in 2013 and 115 in iit jee mains , but i expect a little marks 20/180 in jee advance paper -1.

plz tell me that ki iit colleges mai entry ke liye advance ke paper-1 and paper-2 both ke marks count hong ya nahi.

i want to become I.A.S. so plz suggest me that it will be better for me to join nit or i wil prefer B.Sc. or B.Tec.

Both paper 1 and paper 2 marks count.
It would be better to join NIT then doing B.Sc because that will help you to improve your logical and reasoning skills which in turn is going to help you in interview of IAS.
