You can''t really compare the level of BITSAT physics to JEE main or ADvance. While JEE main and advance are mainly based on numericals , BITSAT is more theory oriented.

The Important topics are same as JEE Main/Advance. Mechanics, Magnetism, Electricity, Optics etc.
