am i eligible to sit in jee 2014 or jee 2015 whereas i have completed my 12th in 2012 and i have never written an jee exam.

YES you are eligible to sit in JEE 2014 undoubtedly but according to current rule a student can appear for jee for 3 consecutive times only, including a chance with 12th standard

So you would nod be eligible for JEE 2015 acc. to current criteria.

My rank in JEE Advanced 2022 is 1871. Should I go for IIT Guwahati ECE or IIT Kanpur Mechanical and try for a branch change to CS or Electrical Engineering? Is changing your branch very difficult?
