Iam Yathish. Iam studying in 10th std and i have a serious problem on selecting the groups. I preferred to take phy,che.math and computer science at first but i get many suggestions to join biology group rather than comp science. Ihave the aim to join IIT and become a software engineer. So, please help me with this problem.

IF U WANT TO BECOME AN IITIAN the forget biology. It will be a kind of headache for u. The sylabus of IIT is very large dont take bio it will be a burden for u

               I know that the problem you are facing now is serious. I''ve also passed from this stage. The +2 stage is very important for every student. My kind advice is to just sit freely and think about the field in which you are interested. First of all confirm whether you are interested in science or something else like commerce or arts because science is nothing less than a challenge. If you are sure confident enough to take science. Then go to the next level.

              Now the problem comes is whether you are interested in comp. science or human science. If you are from ISC board then comp science would be tough compared to biology. But if you have the intrest and confidence to face it, it will not be a problem for you. If you are from CBSE or any other board both of it have same level of difficulty. There will not be a particualar tough subject. As per your dream, I suggest you to take comp. science but before that be sure that you want to be a software engineer or not. Otherwise my dear Yatish you may be facing a great deal of difficulties in your future.

i would suggest u to take any simple subject like physical education etc. for giving time for iit as much as possible otherwise take cs. dont take bio as it is just out of ur stream.
