I have thought about taking Physics chemistry mathematics and biology in class 11 Th and 12th but all my friends say that it is too tough and is sure to break your career and all that crap where as my parents and some teachers told me if I work hard then surely its one of the best decisions. So my question is is Pcmb really too tough to handle or If I work really hard I can get admission in good Medical or engineering colleges? BTW I am a good student and usually get A1 in science and maths in class 10th

It is you yourself who decides if something is tough or easy. Nothing is tough.There are so many batchmates of mine who took the same combination of PCMB and scored well and got admission in Delhi.
