Hi there, im currently in class 11th , i have not studied topics so far, im weak in maths , as earlier 9th and 10th i was not good at maths, and i have not practised maths till now, now i want to master my maths, is there is any hope, if yes , then what should i do? And from where i should start my preparation?

If you have taken admission in HSC board then start first with your textbook of class 11th. Solve all the questions without seeing the answers. You can see the answers if you have any doubt or to check your answer. After this, move towards the cbse 11th textbook or best way buy R.D.Sharma of class 11th. It includes problems of both cbse and other levels. Doing all this will clear your concept and you may master maths upto some level. Then approach some high level books and then pass out with flying colours...
