COm and COG coincide in a body if there is uniform mass distribution of the body or more generally force of gravity acts equally on every part of the body
Example any non uniform sphere

C.O.G and C.O.M generally coincides at the see-level region. But C.O.G is a variable and changes with the value "g" and thus "Mg" of any body also changes.e.g At high altitudes like mountains, himalayas(C.O.G & C.O.M)differs,at the depth of earth,s surfaces.
C.O.M is constant everywhere in the universe.
