Im doing a little home project of my interest.In thar I need to open the circuit by 4 seconds when power supply is provided to the circuit.So Im thinking it can be done by dumping a program into a microprocessor.

So please help me in how to dump a program into a processor and let me know is there any other alternative for this one.........
