Can someone please help me by explaining the new method in which the JEE is going to be held? Has the board exam marks got to do something with this pattern?

There will be two exams held.
1)Jee main
2)Jee advance

Jee main is for entering institutions like NITs or IIITs and it is also a screening test for IIT.Around 50 % of 12 th marks will be included in this exam''s result.This exam will be conducted by CBSE.

jee advance is the final test for entering IIT.This will be conducted by IIT council and board marks won''t make a difference here.

yes offcourse i dontnoe if its a rumour or a real thing.. but it had been learned nowadays dat 12th boards is taking a much high significance in the iit-jee examination i.e... almost 30-40%........
