If you were studying regularly allthese days, then you surely develope a lot of concentration.
I faced the same problem in class10. But after regularly studying for 18 months, I dont face it anymore.
Avoid TV ,radio,friends everything for 2 months which can trigger thoughts.
after 2 months,your mind will be trained to concenrate and you will not have problem anymore. Try meditating daily for 20 min.
