No, You cant re-attempet IIT-JEE 2013 exam because of your % in 12th . there in IIT-JEE exam you have to get about 75% marks....

Yes, You can re-attempt IIT-JEE 2013 exam because of your % in 12th. there in IIIT-JEE exam you have to get 65%marks only
