suppose i got under 3000 rank in iit and i want cs in iit delhi, but i doesn't get cs instead i got automobile engineering.so should i go with my interest in some other iit or get automobile in iit delhi.

You go go to branch of your interest as that will be helpful in the longer run .Just going to IIT Delhi in any branch is probably not a good option.
