Depends on one's interests and area one wants to study...

However, I shall give you actual comparisons, which can be done among these colleges:

1) ECE(IIITA) > ECE(NIT Surat/Kurukshetra/Bhopal)
2) IT(IIITA) >> CSE(NIT Surat/Kurukshetra/Bhopal)
>> means much greater.

Now one can't simply compare courses in points 1 and 2 simply because it depends on one's interest.
