Highest package is around 4 lpa and average is around 3-3.5 lpa.Highest package was offered by Broadcom which is a core electronics company.All other IT companies Cognizant, Infosys, Tech Mahindra, Wipro, IBM, HCL etc offer packages around 3-3.5 lpa.
