About IIITs (Indian Institute of Information Technology)

Question

Hi... I have attempted AIEEE for the second time....I am already doing my B.Tech 2nd year ECE in Pondicherry Engineering College...I have to fill up choices for the fourth round....I jus wana know about IIITs(Indian Institute of Information Technology) especially IIIT allahabad...please guide me if its better going for it in case i can get....or shud i focus on NITs only (since this is my second attempt)or shud i stay in my current college itself???

HiiIIIT are good colleges recently inducted by indian goverment.They have good reputation in terms of placements and future scope .If you are getting these make sure you make the move .best of Luck in advance

My rank in JEE Advanced 2022 is 1871. Should I go for IIT Guwahati ECE or IIT Kanpur Mechanical and try for a branch change to CS or Electrical Engineering? Is changing your branch very difficult?
