sir i am eligible for bit mesra civil and bits pilani dual degree(msc in chemistry and btech.) which one should i prefer keeping in mind that i might have chances of being upgraded to bit mesra mechanical in 4th round or through internal sliding,,,,,,

Anytime of the night and day you must prefer pilani over mesra. No Doubts about it
