I have secured 74% in Intermedaite AP Board in 2012. I would like to drop this year and appear for next year IIT-JEE 2013 exam. Am I eligible to write the new pattern of (ISEET )JEE 2013 preliminary as well as final exam??????????? I belong to SC category. They announced about 20 percetail are only eligible to write IIT-2013 exam. What is the eligibility for SCs????????
