What should I opt IIT BHU-Chemical, IIT Indore- Electrical , NIT Waarangal CS or ECE and DTU CS or ECE. I belong to north India.

IIT-BHU brand name is far supirior to other options. On other hands, CS might get you bit higher salary in start. Over all I will suggest take IIT-BHU Chem if you are not in love with some specific branch. Brand will help if you you decide to go for MS or MBA.
