shoaib there are no significant upgradations during second counselling result so take for granted the 1st counselling result in the 2nd round..rather than taking dhanbad and that to mining why dont you go for NIT a,w,t,s..these are far far better options than this...even nit calicut surat and jaipur fare better than dhanbad...
