kindly tell me which college is better UPES Dehradun or CCET Chandigarh.... in terms of placements nd reputation.

i secured 791 rank in UPESEAT nd am alo qualified on basis of merit... in aieee i got 43904 rank nd 616 state rank (chandigarh).. so kindly help me as soon as possible...
