new syllabus will only be explained when we will have the notification from JEE .In order to prepare well you need help of good books so I am telling you the name of books which you must consider while prepping for the exam .

Chemistry
NCERT Chemistry text books of class XI and class XII (usually sufficient)
Organic Chemistry by Morrison and Boyd (only for understanding concepts)
Arihant Organic Chemistry Objective (Optional)
Organic, Physical and Inorganic Chemistry books by OP Tandon
Physical Chemistry by RC Mukherjee

Mathematics
NCERT class XI and class XII books (all students should start with these early)
