iseet 2013 will be held for iit

which will have 2 phase .. hv to for clear first phase to appear..in first phase 50% boards marks will be consisdered..and rest will marks obtained in objective ppr..n 2 nd ppr will be subjective

My rank in JEE Advanced 2022 is 1871. Should I go for IIT Guwahati ECE or IIT Kanpur Mechanical and try for a branch change to CS or Electrical Engineering? Is changing your branch very difficult?
