IVE got IIT AIR 4400 which branch shud i take i dont have anything specific in mind i can take any branch except mining and metallurgy ive olso cleared BITS goa and hyderabad

I will suggest the best option for you in IITs will "Chemical Science and Technology in IIT Guwahati". Dont go for too many options and suggestions it will confuse you. Try to take admission in Top 7 IITs as Bombay, Delhi, Kanpur, Guwahati, Kharagpur etc...

i would suggest you chemical engineering at iit bhu if you dnt have a specific branch preference.. see dont go by which iit is good or bad.. even if you are in a top nit or a lower ranked old iits and you have better pointers there you can still easily get good jobs or universities for postgraduations which will be bettr than almost 50% of those studyng in a good iit witha poor branch... as an example even from a college like nit allahabad which is not considered to be of the level of top iits at all gave a placement of 1.33 crore this year(fb) with around 50 people above 10 lacs... and in my opinion if you get this amount you are much better placed than your most of the iitians counterparts...so be careful while deciding your prefernces dnt only go by the IIT tag compromising for good branches rather strike a good combination of a good college as well as branches like cse,electronics,electrical or mechanical for your future because of the loads of secure ,monetary and opportunistic benefits they offer these days....so go ahead wirh chemical at iit bhu and next preference as petroleum at ism dhanbad(its very better than a lot of options mentioned by you) but if you get the above preferred branches at IIIT-H followed by BITS nit allahabad nit trichy nit warangal and nit  surathkal just go for it...hope you understand it....
